Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple brands.
Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, and videos).
Plan and schedule daily/weekly content calendars across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Monitor social media channels, respond to audience comments, and increase engagement.
Analyze performance using insights and analytics to optimize campaigns.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, hashtags, and social media tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of experience managing social media pages
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
Creative mindset with good design sense (basic Canva or Adobe knowledge is a plus).
Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience of running ads on FB & IG networks
