Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and post engaging content (images, videos, stories, reels, blogs, etc.) across social media channels.
Plan and execute paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitors' activities to optimize performance.
Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding.
Track performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare monthly reports on campaign success.
Stay updated on the latest social media algorithms, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Knowledge of basic graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark).
Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
