industry. The company specializes in the distribution of AV products, designing tailored AV solutions, and executing end-to-end projects for clients across corporate, education, government, and entertainment sectors.
Job Purpose
The Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for building DST Overseas' digital presence across platforms. The role involves content creation, campaign execution, basic graphic designing, and community management to strengthen brand awareness, engage with customers, and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.
Create engaging posts, reels, infographics, and short videos using
Canva, Photoshop, and other design tools
.
Coordinate with design & operations teams to create product showcases, case studies, and highlight executed projects.
Run digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Manage community interactions: reply to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities to stay ahead.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (engagement, leads, ROI) on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with external agencies for advanced creative or video production needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in social media marketing; B2B/technology/AV industry exposure is preferred.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and engagement techniques.
Basic graphic designing skills
using tools like:
Canva (mandatory)
Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)
Illustrator / Premiere Pro (good to have)
Familiarity with Zoho Social / Buffer / Hootsuite or similar scheduling tools.
Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing principles.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
