Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, drive engagement, and support brand growth across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, SEO practices, content creation, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, blogs, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube. Monitor social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and foster community engagement. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative storytelling. Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search rankings. Track, analyze, and report on social media and SEO performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, etc.). Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to optimize campaigns. Assist in running paid campaigns (social media ads, Google Ads) when required. Ensure timely execution of posting calendars and campaign deliverables.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management and SEO. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms. Knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.
