Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with travel industry trends. Manage company pages on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) to showcase destinations, packages, and client experiences. Work with designers/photographers to produce high-quality travel-related creatives. Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads). Monitor analytics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvements for engagement and conversions. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to generate leads and inquiries. Respond to comments, DMs, and online queries promptly to build customer engagement. Stay updated on latest social media trends in travel & hospitality.
Requirements

Female candidate only. Proven 2-4 years of experience in social media management for a travel agency/tour operator. Strong knowledge of content creation, reels, and travel storytelling. Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics). Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred). Creative mindset with a passion for travel & tourism.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
