Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management:
Develop, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Write compelling captions, posts, and social media copy aligned with the brand's tone and voice.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content.
Plan and manage the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Community Engagement & Growth:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant online communities to increase brand visibility.
Foster relationships with brand advocates and influencers to amplify content reach.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
Prepare reports and insights to optimize content and improve social media strategies.
Use social media listening tools to monitor trends, audience sentiment, and competitor activities.
Strategy & Campaign Execution:
Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media trends.
Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Advertising & Paid Promotions:
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
