Experience Required: 1-3 years in social media management
Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Social Media Executive with 1+ year of experience who is proficient in managing and growing brands across all major social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads etc. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with content trends, digital engagement tactics, and analytics tools to drive brand visibility and engageme[1] nt.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories) for multiple social media platforms.
Schedule and publish daily posts across all channels as per content calendar.
Monitor, respond, and engage with audience interactions and inquiries in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the design team for creative assets (graphics, videos, GIFs, etc.).
Run paid ad campaigns (boosted posts, ads manager) with basic knowledge of audience targeting.
Track and analyze performance metrics using platform insights and third-party analytics tools.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, emerging trends, and viral formats.
Work closely with marketing and content teams to align social strategies with campaigns.
Coordinate with influencers & brand collaboration partners for promotions.
Prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, growth, and suggest improvements.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
