Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Content Creation & Planning

Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Assist in building monthly content calendars and campaigns aligned with brand strategy Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Grammarly, etc.) to optimize content quality and efficiency

Client Management & Communication

Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring clarity on expectations, deliverables, and timelines Present reports, updates, and campaign insights in a clear, professional manner Proactively respond to client needs and handle feedback constructively

Community Engagement & Social Listening

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate voice Track trends and insights to identify engagement opportunities

Analytics & Reporting

Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and share actionable insights Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting software

Crisis Management & Adaptability

Handle unexpected social or client-related situations with professionalism and composure Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions and responses

Key Requirements:



Strong proficiency in written and spoken

English

Hands-on experience with

AI-powered tools

for content generation and optimization Ability to think creatively and strategically Prior experience in

client servicing

or account management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing Portfolio or examples of prior work (content calendars, campaigns, etc.)
