About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic

Social Media Executive

who can take charge of our brand's digital presence. The ideal candidate should have a creative eye for design, hands-on experience in managing social media campaigns, and a go-getter attitude to stay ahead of digital trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on

Instagram

,

Facebook

, and

Google Ads

. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using

Meta Business Suite

,

Google Ads Manager

, and

Analytics tools

.

Content & Design:

Design visually compelling creatives using tools like

Canva

,

Adobe Suite

, or similar. Collaborate with the team to create engaging content tailored to each platform. Manage posting schedules and ensure brand consistency across platforms.

Performance & Reporting:

Track key metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, ROI) and provide actionable insights. Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance. Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices.

Trend Hunting & Innovation:

Keep an eye on emerging trends, platform updates, and viral content. Bring fresh ideas to the table for reels, stories, ads, and campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google AdWords

. Strong understanding of

design tools

(Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). Proficiency in using

Meta Ads Manager

,

Google Analytics

, and reporting dashboards. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and adaptability to fast-changing trends. Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Bonus if you have:

Experience with video editing or motion graphics. Worked in an advertising agency or handled multiple brand accounts. Basic SEO or email marketing knowledge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
