Job Description

Position Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic individual who can take charge of our social media marketing and website development. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and understands how to build and engage a community online while also maintaining and improving a professional website.
Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms Manage ads and promotions to increase reach and engagement Interact with followers and respond to inquiries Analyze performance and suggest improvements
Website Development & Management:

Develop, update, and maintain our website (preferably using Shopify, WordPress, or similar) Upload and organize new rug collections Improve UI/UX for better customer experience Ensure mobile and SEO optimization
Qualifications:

Experience with social media platforms and content creation Basic to intermediate website development skills (HTML/CSS or CMS like WordPress/Shopify) Graphic design and photo editing skills are a bonus Passion for design, rugs, or interior decor is a plus
