Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven

Social Media Executive

to manage and enhance our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement. You'll be responsible for implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create engaging and original content (text, image, video) aligned with brand guidelines. Schedule and publish posts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platforms. Monitor, respond to, and engage with users in a timely and authentic manner. Track and report on social media analytics, campaign performance, and audience insights. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices. Assist in managing influencer relationships and partnerships where applicable. Support with paid social campaigns in collaboration with digital marketing specialists.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in a similar social media role. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices. Excellent copywriting, communication, and content creation skills. Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (preferred). Experience with social media management and analytics tools. Creative thinking and the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in running paid ad campaigns on social platforms. Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or content marketing. Previous work in [industry, e.g., fashion, tech, food] is a plus.
