About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Facebook Marketer and Ad Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing Facebook marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a creative mindset, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of Facebook's advertising platform.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management:
Develop and execute data-driven Facebook marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, ad placement, and bidding strategies.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and ROI.
Creative Development:
Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad creatives, including visuals, videos, and copywriting.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging guidelines.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Adjust strategies based on performance data to maximize results.
Audience Targeting & Growth:
Build and refine audience segments using Facebook's targeting tools.
Develop strategies to grow the brand's Facebook following and engagement organically.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals.
Track spending and ensure campaigns remain within budget while delivering maximum ROI.
Market Research:
Stay updated on Facebook's platform changes, trends, and best practices.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and enhance campaign strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Facebook Marketer or Ad Manager.
Expertise in using Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and related tools.
Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and trends.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and creative skills for crafting effective ad content.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
