Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for best performance.
Develop engaging content calendars, creatives, and captions aligned with the brand's tone.
Track campaign analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest data-backed improvements.
Collaborate with the design and content teams for creatives, videos, and ad materials.
Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, tools, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and understanding of ad metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads is a plus.
Proficiency in using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and creativity in content thinking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
