We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive cum Graphic Designer to manage our social media presence while creating compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing social media strategies, producing engaging graphics, and enhancing brand visibility across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Graphic Design
Develop, curate, and manage high-quality social media content (posts, reels, stories, videos).
Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts based on brand requirements.
Prepare rough drafts, present ideas, and execute final designs using software or by hand.
Maintain consistent brand aesthetics, colors, and layouts across all creatives.
Test graphics across various media formats and optimize for each platform.
Amend designs based on feedback and ensure final outputs are visually appealing and on-brand.
2. Social Media Management
Manage company presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.
Schedule and publish content as per the monthly calendar.
Monitor platforms for trends, competitor activity, user engagement, and opportunities.
3. Community Engagement
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly, and build a strong online community.
Foster a positive brand experience by addressing queries and encouraging interaction.
4. Strategy & Campaign Execution
Assist in planning and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends, features, and platforms.
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure social media aligns with broader campaign goals.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze key social media performance metrics.
Generate periodic reports to evaluate campaign success.
Use insights to improve content quality, design performance, and strategy.
6. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to produce cohesive content.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotional campaigns.
Ensure branding consistency across all social and digital channels.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience in Social Media Management and/or Graphic Designing.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphics, illustrations, or social media creatives.
Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Canva, etc.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Strong creative flair, attention to detail, and aesthetic judgment.
Good communication skills and ability to work methodically under deadlines.
Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet timelines effectively.
