The Social Media Executive cum Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing the boutique's social media presence and handling all online customer enquiries. This role includes content creation (video shooting, editing, posting), increasing brand visibility, and converting online enquiries into sales through excellent customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business and other platforms.
Plan and post regular content: photos, videos, reels, stories, Shoot product, styling, and behind-the-scenes videos.
Online Customer Enquiry Handling (CRE Role): Respond to messages, DMs, comments, and calls promptly.Follow up with interested customers until order is confirmed.
Skills:
Video shooting and basic editing.
Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business.
Good communication and writing skills.
Creative thinking and planning ability.

Salary will be increased based on your performance
