Job Description

At Linkbuffer Studios, we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for social media, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves managing multiple social media platforms for a diverse range of clients, ensuring that their online presence is engaging, consistent, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:

Content Posting and Management:

Regularly post content on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X for all clients throughout the month. Maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure timely and accurate posts.

Content Creation and Coordination:

Gather and curate content suitable for each platform. Develop, plan, and take video scripts for various client video shoots -- ensuring they align with each client's brand tone and campaign objectives. Collaborate with the graphics and video editing teams to produce high-quality visual and video content. Assist in brainstorming creative campaign ideas and storytelling directions.

Profile Management:

Create and set up social media profiles for new clients. Keep existing client profiles updated with relevant information and fresh content.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all posts are accurate, error-free, and align with the client's brand guidelines. Have an eye for detail to catch and correct any discrepancies.

SEO and Analytics:

Apply basic SEO knowledge to enhance post visibility and engagement. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance.

Time Management:

Efficiently manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and be ready to tackle urgent tasks as they arise.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Proficient in using social media platforms and tools, including Meta Business Suite. Basic knowledge of SEO and its application in social media. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
