About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative
Social Media Executive
who can independently handle end-to-end social media management for our SaaS-based applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing visually appealing creatives (images, posters, reels), and ensuring consistent brand presence across multiple social media platforms.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and resolve challenges without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored for SaaS products.
Create engaging
that resonates with target audiences.
Design and produce
creative assets
including static images, infographics, posters, and short video reels.
Manage posting schedules and maintain consistency across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to optimize strategy.
Stay updated on
industry trends, competitors, and SaaS marketing best practices
.
Respond to queries, comments, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, design) to ensure messaging aligns with brand goals.
Take ownership of problem-solving and drive campaigns with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Skills
2 - 4 years
proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably for SaaS or tech-based companies.
Strong
content writing and storytelling
skills.
Proficiency in
design tools
like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
Hands-on experience with
video editing tools
(Premiere Pro, CapCut, InShot, etc.) for reels and shorts.
Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
Experience with
paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
.
Understanding of
SEO and content marketing
.
Knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing strategies.
