Social media is a crucial medium to strengthen the brand visibility and communication. The social media executive will support the Communications Team with the content creation, response management, influencer collaboration, and managing the social media platforms.

3. Key Objectives of the Job


Raising awareness for a complex and unacknowledged issue such as child sexual abuse on the digital platform.

Deliverables


Manage all social media channels (including response management) and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience. Research and analyse social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Implement social media strategies across all online Create engaging content to promote the overall brand through social media channels. Collaborate with internal teams to design the digital content strategy with the objective of increasing brand reach, engagement with relevant stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tool and digital marketing. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Reach out to Influencers and Celebs to collaborate with us. Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within the social media space. Shoot photos and videos for social media posts and for capturing the field work (within Mumbai) Assist the Manager in any other marketing requirements, as assigned. Familiarity with advertising on all Social Media platforms and managing the Ads.

7. Educational Qualification

MMS/BMM in Marketing & Communications or Graduate with relevant experience.



8. Desired Experience


3-5 years of relevant experience. Familiar with all social media (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook), content creation/social media campaigns for Non-Profit organisations.

Mumbai


11. Salary range


* Depending on experience: Rs. 30,000 - Rs.50,000/- per month + other reimbursements (Travel, Therapeutic and Training)
