Position Overview

The

Social Media Executive

at

Chhapai

will be responsible for managing and growing the brand's presence across social media platforms. This role involves creating engaging content, executing social media strategies, and maintaining consistent brand communication to increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation for Chhapai's premium printing products.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). Coordinate with the design team for creatives and ensure brand consistency. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies. Monitor comments, messages, and engage with the audience promptly. Track performance, analyze insights, and suggest improvements. Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to content strategy. Support lead generation through campaigns, reels, and promotions. Ensure timely posting aligned with marketing calendars and launches.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends. Knowledge of running and optimizing social media ads. Ability to create and edit creatives using

Canva

Content planning, caption writing, and hashtag research Coordination with design and internal teams. Attention to detail and brand consistency Basic understanding of analytics and performance insights Good time management, communication, and adaptability

Qualifications

Atleast 1-2 years of proven experience in social media & digital marketing is preferred. Experience in the

design, print, or creative industry

will be a plus. Portfolio of successful campaigns or creative content is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
