Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Create and curate engaging content (text, image, and video) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts. Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and platform updates. Handle social media campaigns, giveaways, and influencer partnerships. Respond to DMs, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner. Monitor competitors and suggest improvements or new strategies.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 2-5 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices. Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar. Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or content creation is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
