Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aligned with company objectives. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Create, curate, and manage content tailored to each channel. Monitor and respond to social media conversations, messages, and comments in a timely manner. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance. Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency. Support paid social campaigns through content assistance and performance tracking. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices. Coordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships where relevant.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 0.6 to 3 years of experience in social media management or coordination (internships count). Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content best practices. Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Analytical mindset with familiarity in using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).

Pay: Up to ?40,000.00 per month
