Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Create, schedule, and post engaging content (text, images, reels, videos, stories, etc.)
Assist in developing social media campaigns and strategies to increase reach and engagement
Monitor trends, hashtags, and current social media happenings to keep content relevant
Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for creative ideas and campaigns
Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, engagement) and prepare basic reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or a related field (preferred)

Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of major social media platforms
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is an advantage
