The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content strategies that align with client goals, while ensuring measurable impact through engagement, reach, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging copy and collaborate with design teams to produce creatives, videos, and reels tailored to platform guidelines.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and building conversations around the brand.
Analyse performance metrics (impressions, reach, engagement, CTR) and prepare actionable reports.
Conduct competitive and industry research to identify new trends and opportunities.
Support paid campaigns by coordinating with the performance marketing team (ad creatives, audiences, copy).
Maintain brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm shifts, and best practices to recommend timely improvements.
