Key Responsibilities:
? Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,and YouTube.
? Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and ongoing campaigns.
? Monitor, respond to, and engage with community interactions in a timely, professional, and brand-appropriate manner.
? Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure all content is high-quality, consistent, and on-brand.
? Track and analyze key social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms.
? Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
? Coordinate with internal teams to support product launches, events, and brand campaigns across social media channels.
? Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
? Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights, recommendations, and improvement plans.
? Manage on-site client content creation using iPhones--capture daily activities, obtain approval from teachers, and upload the final creative to the designated campaign corner along with the respective teacher
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
? 1-3 years of proven experience in a social media role.
? Proficiency in social media tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
? Strong understanding of social media algorithms, KPIs, and best practices.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? A creative thinker with attention to detail and consistency.
? Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus, like Inshot, VN, Capcut, Clipchamp, Etc.
Preferred Skills:
? Experience in running Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending formats.
? Familiarity with influencer collaborations and user-generated content.
? Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
? Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a bonus.
