Social Media Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-time
Exp: 6 Months to 1 Year
Salary: 15K-25K/month
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily publishing of content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
Repurpose and distribute existing content (blogs, videos, podcasts, infographics) into engaging posts.
Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.
Monitor social media channels, engage with the community, and respond to queries.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and prepare reports.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to suggest fresh ideas.
Work with design, marketing, and content teams to align social campaigns with business goals.
Requirements
6 Months to 1 year of experience in managing social media accounts (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of major platforms and their best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
Familiarity with scheduling & analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Creative thinker with ability to adapt content to different formats and audiences.
Analytical mindset to measure and report on social media performance.
Video editing or motion graphics skills.
Nice-to-Have
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing basics.
