About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and strategic

Social Media & Digital Manager

to lead our brand's digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is a

digital native

with strong creative instincts, deep understanding of digital marketing trends, and proven experience in growing and engaging online communities -- especially within the

wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle

space.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Content Creation:

Oversee content ideation, production, and curation across all digital channels -- ensuring brand voice consistency and high creative quality.

Campaign Management:

Plan and manage paid and organic campaigns across social platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing.

Analytics & Insights:

Track, analyze, and report on digital performance metrics to optimize strategies and deliver measurable results.

Community Management:

Build and nurture online communities; engage with audiences in an authentic, timely, and brand-aligned manner.

Collaboration:

Work closely with design, content, and brand teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and brand storytelling.

Trendspotting:

Stay ahead of digital, influencer, and content trends in the wellness and lifestyle industries, applying insights proactively.
Qualifications & Skills

4-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management. Strong understanding of digital ecosystems -- social media, SEO, SEM, email, and influencer marketing. Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Creative thinker with the ability to translate brand goals into engaging digital content. Experience in the

wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle

domain is highly preferred.
