About the Role
We're looking for a creatively driven and insight-led Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who can translate our brand ethos into engaging content and impactful campaigns across digital platforms and offline channels. The ideal candidate will be someone who understands design, loves storytelling, thinks strategically, and has a solid grasp of investor behaviour and mutual fund products.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content

  • Lead the LinkedIn presence of our brand-managing content calendars, writing posts, and ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Support content creation and execution for other platforms like X (Twitter).
  • Distil insights from investor communications and internal reports to create content that's relevant and timely.
Campaigns & Branding
  • Ideate and support brand campaigns from brief to execution-be it digital, print, or on-ground.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce visually compelling assets for our campaigns and investor education initiatives.
  • Drive brand visibility and recall through consistent storytelling and fresh concepts.
Reports & Presentations
  • Redesign and reimagine product presentations, sales decks, and reports for better clarity, visual appeal, and engagement.
  • Work with internal teams to translate data and insights into narratives.
Research & Insights
  • Support and manage brand research projects, and help convert findings into actionable ideas and content.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, investor sentiment, and digital best practices to inform campaign strategies.
Design & Visuals
  • Collaborate with internal designers or external partners to oversee office branding, report aesthetics, campaign creatives, etc.
  • Ensure all visual and verbal outputs reflect a unified, premium brand identity.
Digital Marketing
  • Assist in executing digital campaigns aimed at brand building and investor education.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance where needed
Qualifications & Skills
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or brand marketing roles.
  • Prior experience in the mutual fund or financial services industry preferred.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, especially for LinkedIn and investor-facing platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in working on insight-driven campaigns, engaging reports, or branded content.
  • Eye for design and ability to work closely with creatives and guide aesthetic direction.
  • Basic understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
Bonus Points
  • Existing relationships with media partners or familiarity with media outreach.
  • Comfort with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Suite.
  • A portfolio of past campaigns, posts, decks, or content pieces is a big plus
