Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop, implement and manage content calendars across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging multimedia content (posts, stories, videos, graphics) tailored to each platform.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to maximize reach and engagement.
Respond to community comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
Manage SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic website traffic.
Track and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip campaigns, automation).
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI across platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other social analytics dashboards.
Provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
Recommend strategies to improve engagement, conversions, and overall digital presence.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.
Support influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and online events/webinars.
