We're looking for a

Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

to join our tight-knit crew and work directly with the founders. This is an

on-site role in Sector 32, Gurugram

, offering a creatively invigorating environment where you can make a real impact.

This role is dedicated exclusively to managing our own internal websites, blogs, and social media channels. If you thrive in a creative, hands-on space and love leveraging both SEO technicalities and AI tools to create content that matters, we'd love to have you on board.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Content & SEO/GEO

Write, edit, and publish blogs following SEO/GEO norms, including SEO/GEO-friendly titles, meta titles, and meta descriptions. Develop keyword-rich, creative blog content to enhance organic reach and brand authority. Research and apply trending, high-intent keywords using tools like Ubersuggest /SEMRush/Ahref to identify competitor backlinks and keyword gaps. Carry out off-page SEO work and refresh existing blog content to improve search rankings. Utilize AI tools to amplify the speed of execution.

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and post engaging content (posts, reels, stories) on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create high-quality videos and reels with SEO/GEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and custom thumbnails. Showcase our products, services, events, and creative work to drive engagement and brand awareness. Use AI-powered design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Runway, Descript, CapCut) for faster, high-quality content production. Monitor trends, analytics, and competitor activity, refining strategies with insights from platform-native analytics and AI trend-prediction tools.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in SEO/GEO-focused copywriting and blog writing. Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, keyword research, and metadata optimization. Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Proficiency in design and editing software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalents. Familiarity with AI-based tools for writing, design, and video editing. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong copywriting and storytelling ability. Keyword research, backlink analysis, and SEO/GEO content optimization. Social media content planning and execution. Graphic design and video editing (basic to intermediate). Familiarity with social media analytics and AI automation tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Metricool). Adaptability in tone and style for different platforms. Collaboration and teamwork skills.
