What you'll do:
Manage daily posts & maintain a monthly social media calendar
Create short-form videos/Reels & edit basic content
Collaborate with design teams for high-quality creatives
Strategize & run Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads campaigns
Write compelling captions, ad copies & blog snippets
Support SEO efforts & track performance metrics
What we're looking for:
Creative mindset with strong visual sense
Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite/Buffer
Bonus: Content planning + influencer coordination experience
Proficiency in Bengali & English
