Job Description

1. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into creative briefs. 2. Design high-quality visuals such as logos, brochures, posters, presentations, videos, and social media creatives. 3. Translate client ideas and brand messages into engaging visual content that effectively communicates and resonates with the target audience. 4. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.). 5. Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and animations that enhance user engagement and brand storytelling. 6. Conduct research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitors to guide marketing and design decisions. 7. Support SEO and content marketing initiatives, including keyword research, blog content, and website optimization. 8. Prepare newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials to reach and engage customers effectively. 9. Generate and qualify leads through online research, networking, and digital platforms like LinkedIn. 10. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding needs and providing timely creative solutions. 11. Assist in preparing proposals, and presentations for client meetings and business development. 12. Handle client communication, feedback, and revisions with professionalism to ensure satisfaction. 13. Track, analyze, and report performance of marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social engagement. 14. Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining creative quality and alignment with brand identity. 15. Stay updated with the latest trends in design, marketing, and customer engagement to bring fresh ideas.
