Job Title: Social Media Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative

Social Media Designer

to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will create

high-quality graphics, images, and short-form video content (Reels)

tailored for

international brands

across multiple industries.

This role requires strong design skills, an understanding of global design standards, and the ability to produce engaging, viral-ready content for social platforms.

? Key Responsibilities

Design

eye-catching graphics, banners, carousels, and visual creatives

for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). Create

Reels and short-form videos

, including editing footage, adding transitions, captions, effects, and sound. Translate brand guidelines and campaign briefs into

high-impact creative visuals

. Work closely with the content & marketing team to develop ideas for

international digital marketing campaigns

. Maintain a consistent design style across all brands and deliverables. Research global trends, viral formats, and best practices for social media creatives. Optimize designs for various platforms and device sizes. Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a

Social Media Designer, Graphic Designer, or Content Creator

. Strong understanding of design tools:

Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.

Good understanding of Reels trends, social media algorithms, and international content styles. Ability to convert ideas into engaging, visually appealing creatives. Strong sense of color, typography, layout, and global aesthetic design standards. Basic animation or motion graphics skills (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.

Bonus Points

Experience working with

international clients or global brands

. Knowledge of digital marketing basics (CTAs, hooks, ad creatives). Ability to think creatively and deliver fresh, innovative concepts regularly.
