We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Designer & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and drive footfalls to our retail showrooms. You will be responsible for designing creative, managing social media platforms, planning and executing lead generation campaigns, and targeting the right audience for maximum engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
:
Creative Design: Develop visual content (posts, videos, reels, stories, banners) using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.
Content Planning & Calendar: Plan monthly social media content and campaign calendars aligned with business goals and seasonality.
Platform Management: Handle daily posting, community engagement, and performance tracking across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google My Business, and WhatsApp Business.
Campaign Execution: Run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube to generate leads and footfalls.
Audience Targeting: Use location, interest, and behaviour-based targeting to reach homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers in each branch location.
Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Coordination: Work closely with the showroom teams to gather photos, updates, and testimonials for content.
Skills & Qualifications
:
2+ years of experience in social media designing and digital marketing
Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Experience running Meta and Google Ads
Strong knowledge of social media trends, reels, hashtags, and local targeting
Basic video editing skills a plus
Fluent in English; regional language skills preferred
Degree/diploma in marketing, design, media, or a related field
