Job Overview



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media & Customer Success Manager to lead our digital team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in social media strategy, client communication, team coordination, and paid media (Meta Ads). This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage internal creative resources, including graphic designers, video editors, and social media executives.

Key Responsibilities



Client Communication & Account Management



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients Understand and document client requirements Resolve client queries and ensure satisfaction

Social Media Management



Oversee the planning and execution of content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Monitor performance metrics and implement growth strategies Ensure consistent branding and messaging

Team Coordination & Leadership



Manage and coordinate tasks for social media executives, graphic designers, and video editors Allocate responsibilities, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery Maintain quality control over all digital content

Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)



Set up and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns Track, analyze, and optimize ad performance Report on key performance indicators and ROI

Performance Reporting



Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients Provide actionable insights based on analytics Continuously improve campaign effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong client handling and communication skills Proven experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook Business Manager) Leadership or team management experience preferred Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Sheets, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
