Job Description

Develop and implement social media strategies and manage advertising campaigns to build brand awareness.

Create and publish engaging content, including posts, images, and videos, across multiple platforms.

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community.

Analyse performance using analytics tools and prepare reports to improve campaign effectiveness.

Make outbound calls to promote products/services, explain features, and generate customer interest.

Handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up with leads or existing customers.

Work towards achieving sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience and consistent brand messaging.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
