Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across all platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their digital needs and expectations are met. Lead, guide, and mentor creative and project teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery. Create effective communication bridges between clients, designers, content creators, and internal departments. Strategically assign tasks to team members, ensuring accountability, creativity, and efficiency. Resolve operational, creative, and interpersonal challenges proactively. Oversee project timelines, content calendars, and campaign performance. Travel as needed for client meetings, shoots, events, and site visits.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a project management role. Strong command of English and Hindi (both written and spoken). Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple social media accounts, campaigns, and teams simultaneously. Strong understanding of content creation, analytics, trends, and platform algorithms. Good decision-making, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under deadlines. Willingness to travel when required.
