Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Design basic creatives using Canva or similar tools.
Monitor social media engagement (likes, comments, shares, DMs) and respond promptly.
Identify potential leads through social platforms, online directories, and relevant forums.
Generate, organize, and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain databases of contacts and ensure timely follow-ups.
Track campaign performance and assist in reporting metrics.
Stay up to date with trends and best practices in social media and lead generation.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in social media marketing or lead generation.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Excel/Sheets, and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, etc. preferred).
Self-motivated, creative, and organized.
