Job Title: Social Media cum Inbound Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and energetic Social Media cum Inbound Marketing Executive to manage our online presence and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will handle social media pages, create engaging content, generate and nurture leads, and support marketing campaigns through LinkedIn and email.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our company pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Create engaging posts, blogs, and articles to increase brand awareness.
Handle LinkedIn lead generation, connecting, messaging, and following up with prospects
Support outbound marketing campaigns through LinkedIn and email.
Track campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Work with the content and design team to maintain a consistent brand look and tone.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Skills & Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in social media and inbound marketing.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn B2B marketing and lead generation.
Good communication and writing skills.
Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Lemlist.
Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, and CRM tools is a plus.
Creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team.
