Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer messages and enquiries on social media and e-commerce platforms promptly and professionally
Manage online product listings -- add new products, update prices, and maintain stock details
Process and track online orders, returns, and replacements
Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order processing
Share enquiry and order reports regularly with management
Handle basic content posting or product updates on social media pages
Monitor online reviews, feedback, and respond appropriately
Maintain a positive and helpful brand image across all digital channels
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or social media management
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Basic understanding of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, etc.)
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
