Manage and grow company presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
Plan and execute social media posting schedules to increase reach and engagement.
Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Handle basic photo/video editing for digital content.
Support digital marketing activities such as email marketing, SEO, and online promotions.
Run basic social media ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) under guidance.
Coordinate with internal teams for product photos, content ideas, and campaign inputs.
Respond to comments, messages, and maintain online reputation.
Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, ads, analytics).
Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
Good communication skills and understanding of brand tone.
Familiarity with editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or mobile editing apps.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and reporting skills.
Education:
Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Media/Communication preferred).
