Job Description

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and camera-confident Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. This person should love telling simple, relatable stories, explaining products clearly, and showcasing them in a fun and authentic way.

We also need the creator go along with our company director and record his day to day practices and create content.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality on-camera video content that educates, entertains, and inspires our audience. Confidently present in front of the camera--explaining product features, benefits, and use cases. Craft simple, engaging stories that connect with viewers and drive brand awareness. Shoot, edit, and publish videos optimized for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas, scripts, and storyboards. Stay updated with social media trends, audios, formats, and best practices. Manage a consistent posting schedule to maintain audience engagement. Showcase products in creative ways--unboxings, demos, tutorials, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle shots, etc. Track content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Strong on-camera presence--comfortable talking, storytelling, and showing personality on video. Ability to explain concepts and products in a simple, clear, and engaging way. Experience creating short-form video content for social platforms. Basic video editing skills (mobile apps or professional tools). Creative mindset with a good understanding of trends and social media culture. Good communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Portfolio or samples of previous on-camera work (required).

Nice-to-Have

Experience with photography, lighting, or advanced editing. Familiarity with influencer marketing or live selling. Background in content writing or scriptwriting.

Personality Fit

Confident, friendly, and charismatic. Curious and willing to try new ideas. Positive energy and good storytelling ability. Comfortable being the "face" of the brand.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 27 per week
