We're

3Ding

, and we're looking for someone to take over our YouTube and Instagram presence. We have plenty of ideas and things to film, but we need someone who can actually pick up a camera, shoot the footage, edit it into something worth watching, and hit "post.

What you'll actually be doing:

You won't just be "managing" an account; you'll be building it. Most of your day will be spent creating:

Shooting & Editing:

Turning raw clips into fast-paced YouTube Shorts and Reels.

Owning the Process:

You'll handle the whole pipeline - from coming up with a hook to picking the right trending audio and writing captions that don't sound like a robot wrote them.

Building a Vibe:

We aren't looking for a "presenter" or a face for the brand. We want a visual style that makes people recognize a 3Ding video the second it pops up on their feed.

Who you are:

You're a maker:

You enjoy the process of filming and editing. You know how to make a 15-second video feel punchy and interesting.

You're platform-native:

You spend enough time on YT and Reels to know what's trending before it's old news.

You get things done:

We're a startup. We value someone who can figure things out and ship content quickly rather than waiting for "perfect" conditions.

Tools:

Whether you use Premiere, CapCut, or DaVinci, we don't care--as long as the final product looks great.
