Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, Social media creative Intern to join our growth-focused marketing team. This role is designed for a versatile creator and strategist who can blend traditional branding with cutting-edge AI tools to drive engagement and lead generation across both B2B and B2C channels. As an integral part of our marketing engine, you will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and tactical content execution--ranging from managing professional exhibition presence to producing viral-ready social media content. This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end creative process, from conceptualizing product brochures to executing live videography and managing multi-platform social communities.

Job Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive content plans that align with weekly and monthly marketing objectives. Develop high-quality visual assets including banners, product brochures, and promotional graphics using Canva and professional design suites. Produce, film, and edit engaging video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn to increase brand authority. Leverage generative AI tools for image, audio, and video production to accelerate content workflows and maintain a modern aesthetic. Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring across all major platforms. Architect and implement viral marketing strategies tailored for both B2B professional audiences and B2C consumers. Execute lead generation campaigns through targeted organic content and strategic call-to-action placement. Perform on-site photography and videography at events or product shoots to capture high-fidelity raw brand footage. Collaborate with the sales team to create sales enablement materials that effectively communicate product value propositions. Monitor and report on social media analytics to optimize content performance and audience reach. Maintain brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints through strict adherence to visual identity guidelines.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation. Expertise in Canva and a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and layout skills (Brochures, Banners). Hands-on proficiency with AI-driven creative tools for image generation and video enhancement. Proven ability to capture and edit professional-grade video and photography for social platforms. Deep understanding of the nuances between LinkedIn (B2B) and Instagram/YouTube (B2C) marketing styles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage physical event collateral and exhibition schedules. Creative mindset with a passion for viral trends and experimental marketing growth hacks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for copywriting and brand storytelling. Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple creative projects under tight deadlines.
