Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Creative & Events Executive who will manage end-to-end social media execution--from creating and posting creatives and reels to planning and maintaining the event calendar. The role also involves coordinating photography shoots and managing exhibitions and brand events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Creatives & Posting

Create, design, and post creatives on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Design posts, stories, banners, and promotional creatives using Canva Write captions, select hashtags, and schedule posts Maintain a consistent luxury and premium brand aesthetic

2. Reels Creation & Posting

Plan, shoot, edit, and post reels (products, BTS, exhibitions, launches) Stay updated with trends while aligning content with brand elegance Manage reel frequency and posting timelines

3. Event Calendar Planning & Management

Create and maintain an annual/monthly event calendar including: Exhibitions Pop-ups Store events Product launches Research and identify suitable jewellery exhibitions and luxury events Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and promotional schedules for each event Align event calendar with social media and marketing plans

4. Photography & Image Organization

Coordinate and organize jewellery photography shoots Assist in styling and shoot execution Organize, edit, and maintain a structured image library

5. Exhibitions & Events Execution

Plan and coordinate exhibition setup and on-ground execution Manage creatives, banners, and display visuals for events Handle event-related social media posting (pre-event, live, and post-event)

6. Brand & Marketing Support

Work closely with marketing and sales teams Ensure all content and events align with brand identity and luxury standards Support additional marketing initiatives when required

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience in social media content creation and posting Strong command of Canva (mandatory) Basic reel shooting and editing skills Experience in event planning or coordination Strong organizational and time-management skills In-office availability with flexibility for event days

Preferred

Experience with jewellery, fashion, or luxury brands Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to handle multiple projects independently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
