Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and passionate Graphic Designer & Video Editor

to design visually striking social media content, marketing materials, and promotional videos for our academy.
Your work will directly represent our brand online -- from designing posters and reels to crafting engaging campaigns that inspire the next generation of fighters.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality

graphics, posters, carousels, price lists, and promotional materials

Edit and produce

Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and marketing videos

Maintain consistent

brand identity and color palette

(Teal, Lime, Grey, White) Add

text, transitions, music, and effects

to training and promotional videos Collaborate with the marketing team to plan creative campaigns Create

templates

for recurring posts (schedule posts for Instagram, GMB, YouTube) Edit student highlight videos, event recaps, and academy promos

Required Skills

Design Tools:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (plus motion templates)

Video Tools:

Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut Pro Strong understanding of

social media trends, hooks, and pacing

Eye for detail, color, and modern sports branding Creative mindset and ability to work independently under tight deadlines Bonus: Knowledge or interest in

combat sports or fitness

Qualifications

1-3 years of design/editing experience (freshers with a strong portfolio welcome) Strong portfolio showcasing social media work Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹10,163.13 - ₹16,000.00 per month
