Social Media Coordinator

Rebin Infotech is a fast-growing IT and digital services company committed to innovation and creativity. We are looking for a passionate and energetic Social Media Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our brand's online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with clients and the Team Understand the projects and clients' needs Manage and schedule daily posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Assist in creating engaging content (graphics, captions, reels, and stories) Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments Support campaigns and promotions as directed Analyse insights and prepare performance reports Make a Planner Assist in project planning, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project timelines and schedules Coordinate with resource managers to allocate and schedule project resources (e.g., developers, testers). Monitor resource utilization and availability. Identify project risks and work with the project manager to develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and report on the status of identified risks. Schedule and organize project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings, and client meetings. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and reports. Document and manage changes to project scope or requirements. Ensure that change requests are properly evaluated and approved.

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of social media trends and tools Creative mindset with good communication skills Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or any design tool is a plus Ability to work in a team and take initiative
