Job Title: Digital Marketing Team

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Team to enhance the school's online presence, manage social media platforms, and promote the school's achievements, events, and admissions campaigns effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Post regularly about school events, achievements, and updates.

Respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain engagement.

Website Management:

Update and maintain the school website with fresh content and visuals.

Ensure all pages are user-friendly and mobile-responsive.

Online Advertising & Promotions:

Plan and execute online admission campaigns via Google Ads and social media promotions.

Track and optimize ad performance to increase visibility and leads.

Content Creation:

Design posters, banners, and videos for school events and announcements.

Collaborate with teachers and management to highlight student success stories.

Email & SMS Campaigns:

Create newsletters and announcement campaigns for parents and the community.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor digital campaigns using analytics tools.

Provide monthly reports on engagement, reach, and performance improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.

Proven experience in digital or social media marketing.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.

Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.

Strong communication and creative storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualities:

Passion for education and school branding.

Ability to work collaboratively with academic and administrative teams.

Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
