This position involves a blend of content creation, strategic planning, audience engagement, and performance analysis to bolster brand awareness and foster community growth. Key Responsibilities:



Content Creation and Curation:



Develop engaging text, image, and video content tailored to each social media platform.? Utilize generative AI tools to craft innovative posts and multimedia materials, enhancing content diversity and appeal.? Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, values, and marketing objectives.?

Generative AI Integration:



Implement AI-driven tools to automate content generation, such as creating graphics, writing captions, or producing short videos.? Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies to continually enhance content quality and production efficiency.?

Community Engagement:



Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly to foster a positive community.? Encourage user-generated content and facilitate discussions to increase audience interaction and loyalty.?

Campaign Development and Execution:



Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and implement social media campaigns that support broader marketing strategies.? Schedule and publish content, ensuring optimal timing for audience reach and engagement.?

Analytics and Reporting:



Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion metrics.? Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media strategies and inform future initiatives.?

Trend Monitoring and Innovation:



Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.? Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep the brand's social media presence dynamic and engaging.?

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Educational Background:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is often preferred.?

Technical Proficiency:



Awareness/Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.? Familiarity with generative AI applications relevant to content creation, such as AI-based design and video editing tools.?

Creative and Strategic Thinking:
