We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Social Media Coordinator

to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning content, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, analyzing performance, and supporting overall digital marketing efforts to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers for posts, reels, and stories Maintain a monthly and weekly content calendar Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies aligned with brand voice Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions) and prepare reports Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities Assist in running social media campaigns, promotions, and launches Ensure brand consistency across all platforms Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with business goals
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices Basic knowledge of social media analytics and insights Excellent written communication skills in English Creativity with an eye for detail and branding Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or basic video editing Knowledge of paid social media advertising Understanding of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals Experience working with agencies or multiple brands
