Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage the end-to-end operations of our social media channels. This role involves planning, scheduling, and publishing content, coordinating with the content and design teams, and ensuring timely execution across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of platform-specific strategies, be detail-oriented, and capable of aligning cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth content workflows, monitoring performance, and supporting the overall growth of our brand on social media.

Key Responsibilities

:

Create engaging content tailored for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Design visually appealing graphics using Canva Appear confidently on camera for short-form video content, tutorials, and stories Assist in basic video editing for Reels, Shorts, and other digital assets Collaborate with the team to plan and execute social media campaigns Stay updated with the latest trends, audio, formats, and algorithm changes Monitor performance metrics and suggest ways to improve engagement and reach

Skills Required

1+ year of full-time experience managing social media content Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong proficiency in Canva Smart, proactive, and quick to adapt to new tools and trends A natural knack for digital storytelling

Bonus if you have

Experience with Instagram Reels/YT Shorts creation Familiarity with tools like CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Pro Understanding of social media analytics
